Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.


At Riblo, each book is custom-made. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, which exclude the right of withdrawal for:
"the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized"
(Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

 


Quality Issues or Damaged Orders
If you experience any quality issues or receive a damaged order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@riblostories.com.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the affected book (if your order contains more than one)

  • Clear photos showing the damage or error

  • A brief description of the issue

Examples of issues covered:

  • Missing pages or incorrectly printed pages

  • Clear printing errors or defects

  • Damage to the cover or book caused during shipping

We will carefully review each request, but reserve the right to deny replacements if the provided information is insufficient or if the issue does not meet our criteria.


Wrong Item Received
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please email us at info@riblostories.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the error

  • A detailed description of what went wrong

If the error is on our side, we will promptly take action to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
