Shipping Policy
This policy outlines our shipping procedures to provide a clear understanding of how we handle and deliver your orders. By placing an order with Riblo Stories, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Processing & Delivery Time
All Orders:
- UK: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-8 business days
- USA and ROW: 3-10 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
If you've selected our Standard Shipping method, tracking may not be available in certain countries. If tracking information is not listed in your shipping confirmation email, then your chosen shipping method uses an untracked service and tracking details will not be available.
Change Delivery Address
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
- If you believe your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@riblostories.com to update it before the order has shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, we're unfortunately not able to make any changes to the delivery address. You may be able to redirect the parcel yourself via your tracking information, or by contacting your local post office directly. Unfortunately we are unable to redirect any incorrectly addressed orders.
Import Fees and Duties
We cover all import fees and duties. You will not be charged additional fees for international deliveries.
The majority of other countries do not charge any duty on our orders, but if you do find that you've received a customs charge please reach out to us with the receipt and we’ll be glad to look into things further for you.
